MICHELLE HANSEN

Real estate is more than just my career—it’s my passion. I love every aspect of the process, from helping first-time homebuyers find their perfect home to navigating the intricacies of negotiations and closing the deal. Having started my real estate career in 2003, I have spent over two decades honing my expertise, and I hold several designations, including my GRI, ABR, and CRS-Designate. These qualifications, combined with my hands-on experience, allow me to provide my clients with the highest level of service and knowledge.
One of the greatest joys of my job is working with first-time homebuyers. I understand that the journey to buying a home can be overwhelming, and I’m dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible. I enjoy helping my clients navigate the complexities of real estate contracts with clear, straightforward explanations, ensuring they feel confident every step of the way. I am also able to connect clients with trusted local resources. Your goals are my priority, and I’m here to support you throughout your entire real estate journey.
I was born in Neenah and have called Oshkosh home for almost my entire life. It’s here that I raised my two wonderful children and built my life with my late husband, Pete.
In addition to my work in real estate, I’m a huge Wisconsin Badger fan, and I absolutely love dogs in all shapes and sizes. In my free time, I enjoy traveling—having had the opportunity to explore many parts of the world—and I also love fixing up old houses!
